The transport of cutting wood from Cameroon requires special logistical thinking upstream: once prepared, the timber must first be transported to a storage platform, pending loading on board.

The strength of JM Shipping lies in its network of local partners, who know how to solve temporary storage in secure structures (containers, guarded platforms).

The result: 20,000 m3 consignments were able to arrive safely in China and Vietnam in less than 50 days.

Mandated by OSL Shipping, we have:

1. offered a secure storage facility,
2. organised the transport of the storage platform to the quay (50 trucks in rotation),
3. took charge of the relationship with the port authorities and managed the export licences,
4. implemented the maritime transport offer from Kribi to Zhangjiagang via Haiphong.
