Optimising a multi-country loading plan

Project operated in 2017 – a 1-year contract

As part of the Transgabonaise Project, Bolloré commissioned us to transport more than 20,000 m3 of materials needed for the construction of the new economic highway in Gabon.

Originating in the Emirates, the complexity of such a project lay in the optimisation of the loading plans, particularly in the port of Bombay.

Drawing on our 20 years of experience in complex transport, we achieved the feat of travelling from Dubai to Libreville in less than 45 days.

Launched in September 2020, this major road project will connect Libreville with Franceville and facilitate trade between Gabon and its neighbours such as Cameroon, Guinea and Congo-Brazzaville.

The Transgabonese, the new economic highway set to extend 485 miles, is being built in the framework of a public-private partnership.
